{"id":452,"date":"2019-05-13T06:42:56","date_gmt":"2019-05-13T03:42:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/favorite-news.com\/mx\/fgr-va-por-meneses-weyll-y-odebrecht\/"},"modified":"2019-05-13T06:42:58","modified_gmt":"2019-05-13T03:42:58","slug":"fgr-va-por-meneses-weyll-y-odebrecht","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/favorite-news.com\/mx\/fgr-va-por-meneses-weyll-y-odebrecht\/","title":{"rendered":"FGR va por Meneses Weyll y Odebrecht"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> [ad_1]<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div id=\"content-body-226-3595143\">\n<p>El exdirector de Odebrecht en M\u00e9xico, Luis Alberto Meneses Weyll, quien acus\u00f3 al exdirector de Petr\u00f3leos Mexicanos (Pemex) de recibir millonarios sobornos, est\u00e1 en la mira de la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica (FGR). <\/p>\n<p>Meneses Weyll y Gleiber Jos\u00e9 de Faria firmaron como apoderados legales de la Constructora Norberto Odebrecht un contrato por mil 436 millones 398 pesos con Petr\u00f3leos Mexicanos (Pemex) para el acondicionamiento del sitio, movimiento de tierras y conformaci\u00f3n de plataformas para el proyecto de Aprovechamiento de Residuales en la Refiner\u00eda Miguel Hidalgo, en Tula, Hidalgo.<\/p>\n<h4\/>\n<p>Los empresarios de la constructora brasile\u00f1a firmaron el contrato un s\u00e1bado 15 de febrero de 2014 con Jes\u00fas Lozano Pe\u00f1a, subdirector de Proyectos de Pemex Refinaci\u00f3n y Armando Garc\u00eda Espinosa, subdirector de Administraci\u00f3n y Finanzas de la Pemex Refinaci\u00f3n, seg\u00fan un documento en poder de El Sol de M\u00e9xico. <\/p>\n<p>El acuerdo para construir todas las obras en la refiner\u00eda de Tula, Hidalgo, se hizo en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, agrega el documento que forma parte de la investigaci\u00f3n de la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica. <\/p>\n<p>Alberto Meneses Weyll revel\u00f3 el 6 de diciembre de 2016 c\u00f3mo convenci\u00f3 a Emilio Lozoya, exdirector de Pemex, de aceptar los sobornos en 2012, como parte de su confesi\u00f3n ante la procuradur\u00eda de Brasil. <\/p>\n<p>Meneses cont\u00f3 que ten\u00eda relaciones con Lozoya desde 2009, m\u00e1s que nada de orientaci\u00f3n.
