Esto, luego de que la empresa el\u00e9ctrica pidi\u00f3 un arbitraje en el caso del gasoducto Texas-Tuxpan, a cargo de IEnova, subsidiaria de la estadounidense Sempra Energy, y otra empresa. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Nos preocupa la decisi\u00f3n de CFE de buscar un arbitraje para anular varios t\u00e9rminos clave del contrato con los propietarios del oleoducto Sur de Texas-Tuxpan, un proyecto de infraestructura clave que contribuir\u00eda al desarrollo econ\u00f3mico y la creaci\u00f3n de empleos en los estados del sur de M\u00e9xico\u201d, manifest\u00f3 en un comunicado.<\/p>\n<h4\/>\n<p>\u201cDurante el 11o Di\u00e1logo entre Estados Unidos y M\u00e9xico en M\u00e9rida, nos sentimos alentados por el compromiso expreso del presidente L\u00f3pez Obrador de fortalecer el Estado de derecho, como lo demuestra su compromiso de honrar los contratos existentes\u201d, refiere la agrupaci\u00f3n empresarial que tiene como presidente a Thomas Donohue, quien acudi\u00f3 a ese encuentro en el sur del pa\u00eds, en abril pasado. <\/p>\n<p>La decisi\u00f3n corre el riesgo de enviar una se\u00f1al negativa a EU y otros inversionistas internacionales sobre el clima de negocios e inversi\u00f3n en M\u00e9xico. \u201cInstamos a la CFE y al gobierno de M\u00e9xico a que reconsideren esta decisi\u00f3n y cumplan con el compromiso del Presidente&#8221;, se\u00f1ala el organismo que representa los intereses de las empresas estadounidenses. <\/p>\n<p>La semana pasada, el embajador de Canad\u00e1 en M\u00e9xico, Pierre Alarie, sali\u00f3 en defensa de los intereses de la canadiense TC Energy-TransCanada, la otra empresa involucrada en el contrato del gasoducto marino Texas-Tuxpan. <\/p>\n<p>Ayer, el director de la Comisi\u00f3n Federal de Electricidad (CFE), Manuel Bartlett D\u00edaz, se reuni\u00f3 con directivos de Fermaca.
