La iniciativa cuenta con el apoyo del F\u00f3rum de Empresas e Direitos LGTBTIQ + (LGTBTIQ + Business and Rights Forum) y ha sido desarrollada en alianza con Grey Brazil.\u00a0En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, muchas empresas han comenzado a implementar pol\u00edticas para la inclusi\u00f3n de minor\u00edas, pero muchas veces cuando una empresa necesita encontrar nuevos profesionales en el mercado, la b\u00fasqueda se convierte en un desaf\u00edo, ya que no hay formas de identificar si una persona es LGBTIQ + solo a trav\u00e9s de la foto de perfil o el nombre.\u00a0P&amp;G, con el apoyo del F\u00f3rum de Empresas e Direitos LGTBTIQ +, quiere incentivar a las personas a identificarse como tales e incluir el \u201cOrgullo\u201d como una competencia en su perfil profesional. A trav\u00e9s de esto, los reclutadores podr\u00e1n encontrar a estos profesionales de una manera m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil, adem\u00e1s de dar visibilidad total a los miembros de esta comunidad y crear una ola de publicaciones y compartidos llenos de orgullo.\u00a0El movimiento #PrideSkill busca impactar positivamente a la sociedad, dando una nueva mirada a la presencia de profesionales LGTBTIQ + en el mercado laboral y cambiando las reglas del juego en el mundo empresarial, facilitando los encuentros de profesionales y empresas inclusivas.
