M\u00e1s del 60 % del consumo de cerveza en Espa\u00f1a se realiza fuera del hogar y es la bebida fr\u00eda m\u00e1s consumida en hosteler\u00eda, concentrando el 30 % de las ventas anuales de esta bebida en bares y restaurantes y aportando la cuarta parte de su facturaci\u00f3n. <strong>De hecho, tal y como afirma Jacobo Olalla Mara\u00f1\u00f3n, director general de Cerveceros de Espa\u00f1a<\/strong>, \u201cel consumo de cerveza, con y sin alcohol, en los bares o terrazas alcanza sus picos m\u00e1s altos en verano, ya que el 90 % de los consumidores de cerveza prefiere sentarse con los amigos o la familia a disfrutar de una ca\u00f1a al aire libre\u00bb.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, y como caracter\u00edstica diferencial de la sociedad espa\u00f1ola, m\u00e1s del 90 % del consumo de esta bebida se realiza acompa\u00f1ada de comida, durante el aperitivo, comidas o cenas, impulsando as\u00ed a\u00fan m\u00e1s el desarrollo del sector hostelero. \u201cEl consumo de cerveza en Espa\u00f1a es muy diferente respecto al de otros pa\u00edses, ya que los espa\u00f1oles siguen un patr\u00f3n t\u00edpico de la cultura mediterr\u00e1nea, optando por la moderaci\u00f3n, el disfrute social y en compa\u00f1\u00eda y con algo de comer\u201d, aclara el director general de Cerveceros de Espa\u00f1a.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h4>Cerveza \u201cmade in Spain\u201d\u00a0<\/h4>\n<p>Uno de los principales factores que influyen en el incremento sostenido de consumo de cerveza es el turismo, ya que una de cuatro cervezas es consumida por un extranjero. De hecho, el consumo de cerveza crece en paralelo al incremento del n\u00famero de visitantes extranjeros y el 99 % de los turistas mayores de 18 a\u00f1os consume cerveza durante sus vacaciones en Espa\u00f1a.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>La calidad y variedad de la cerveza espa\u00f1ola junto con una hosteler\u00eda competitiva a precios razonables explican el auge del sector cervecero entre los visitantes extranjeros.
